Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Telecaller to connect with prospective customers, explain our products/services, generate leads, and convert them into sales. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

Explain products/services, offers, pricing, and benefits clearly.

Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.

Generate and follow up on leads through phone calls.

Convert leads into sales and achieve assigned targets.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Handle customer questions and resolve basic concerns professionally.

Follow up regularly with interested and potential customers.

Coordinate with the sales team for successful lead conversion.

Provide daily/weekly reports on calls, leads, and sales performance.

Requirements

Good verbal communication skills in English and/or Hindi/Odia.

Basic computer knowledge.

Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.

Ability to handle rejection and work under sales pressure.

Freshers can apply; Sales/Telecalling experience will be an advantage.
