We are looking for a dedicated Telecaller Executive to join our team in Ajmer. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start or grow their career in customer service. The position is office-based and requires a 12th pass educational background with 0 to 2 years of experience.

As a Telecaller Executive, you will be responsible for making calls to potential customers, presenting our services, and offering solutions that meet their needs. You will follow up on leads, maintain customer records, and address inquiries with a professional and friendly demeanor. Your ability to communicate clearly and persuasively will be crucial in converting prospects into clients.

Key responsibilities include:

- Conducting outbound calls to potential clients, ensuring all information is communicated clearly.

- Maintaining a database of customer interactions and feedback for future reference.

- Following up with leads to ensure a high conversion rate and customer satisfaction.

- Collaborating with the sales team to fulfill clients' needs and inquiries.

To be successful in this role, you should possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, alongside good listening abilities. You must be comfortable using a phone for extended periods and have basic computer skills for managing customer records.
