Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Promote and sell products/services, explaining features and benefits.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve daily/weekly sales targets.
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Update and maintain CRM/database records.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance sales efforts.
Qualifications
Education: Minimum 12th pass or graduation (any field).
Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior sales experience is a plus.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Basic computer and MS Office proficiency.
