Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic Telesales Representative Female to contribute to our company€™s sales efforts. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for closing verifying & leads/sales deals over the phone and maintaining strong customer relationships. Your excellent communication skills and ability to handle objections will be key to your success.
Responsibilities:
€¢ Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our products or services using predefined scripts.
€¢ Answer questions about our offerings and the company.
€¢ Work on leads verifying them and passing to the sales team.
€¢ Direct prospects to the field sales team when necessary.
€¢ Enter and update customer information in the database.
€¢ Take and process orders accurately.
€¢ Handle grievances to maintain the company€™s reputation.
€¢ Go the €œextra mile€ to meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales.
€¢ Keep records of calls and sales, noting useful information.
Requirements and Skills:
€¢ Proven experience as a telesales representative or in a similar sales/customer service role.
€¢ Track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
€¢ Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (., CRM software) and telephone systems.
€¢ Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
€¢ Excellent command of English.
€¢ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
€¢ Ability to handle rejection calmly.
€¢ Outstanding negotiation skills to resolve issues and address complaints.
€¢ High school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus.
