role overviewas a tele-caller at v product policy, you will play a critical role in our business expansion efforts. you will use your excellent communication and persuasion skills to connect with prospective clients, understand their needs, and present our products or services effectively. your ability to convince customers and build trust will be instrumental in generating leads, closing sales, and contributing to our long-term success.
key responsibilities make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products or services.
understand customer needs and present relevant solutions in a clear, compelling manner.
promote our offerings by articulating features, benefits, and value propositions.
handle objections with professionalism and confidence, turning hesitations into conversions.
follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
maintain accurate records of all calls, customer feedback, and outcomes in our crm.
achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets in terms of calls, appointments, and sales.
collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on campaign goals.
provide market insights and feedback on customer objections or emerging trends.
