Tele Caller (Female) Freshers

We are seeking a dedicated Tele Caller to join our team in Noida. This full-time position is open to female graduates, including freshers, who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

In this role, your key responsibilities will include making outbound calls to potential clients and qualifying leads by pitching SIP and mutual funds. You will be responsible for updating our CRM system with lead information, conducting follow-ups, and setting appointments for further discussions.

To succeed in this position, you need to have a strong command of both Hindi and English, as these languages will be used daily in communication with clients. Additionally, good organizational skills are essential for updating CRM entries and managing appointment schedules. You should be comfortable with repetitive tasks, as telecalling requires persistence and a positive attitude.

This role requires an on-site presence in the office from Monday to Saturday, providing you with a structured work schedule while enhancing your communication and sales skills.
