Telecaller (Freshers) Lucknow

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to promote and sell solar power solutions. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining the benefits of solar energy systems, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce solar power products and services

Explain the benefits of solar energy (cost savings, sustainability, government subsidies, etc.)

Identify customer needs and suggest suitable solar solutions

Generate and qualify leads for the sales team

Schedule appointments for site visits or consultations

Maintain records of calls and customer information in CRM systems
