We are looking for a dedicated Tele Caller to join our team in Aliganj, Lucknow. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers to promote our products and services. Key Responsibilities:

1. Make Outbound Calls: You will be required to reach out to potential clients, introduce our services, and provide information about our offerings.

2. Follow Up with Leads: It is important to keep track of leads and follow up with them to assess their interest and answer any questions they may have.

3. Record Customer Interactions: You must maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in our database to help track progress and improve future efforts.

4. Achieve Targets: Meeting sales or appointment-setting targets will be part of your role, requiring motivation and commitment to succeed.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should be at least 12th-grade pass and possess good communication skills, both verbal and written. A positive attitude and the ability to engage with customers are critical to this role. Applicants should be comfortable working in an office environment and have basic computer knowledge to manage calls and data entry. Previous experience in telecalling is a plus but not mandatory as on-the-job training will be provided.
