The role involves working closely with industrial tools, on-site machining equipment, and related applications, with direct exposure to refineries, power plants, heavy engineering, and infrastructure sites. Key responsibilities include providing technical support, assisting the sales team, preparing sales proposals, and engaging in hands-on technical discussions, applications, and project execution while interacting with project teams, contractors, and engineering personnel. The position requires a strong field orientation with extensive domestic and international travel, along with a focus on building long-term client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.Qualifications:- Proven expertise in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering to understand and present technical solutions effectively- Experience in providing Technical Support and addressing customer queries related to products- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships- Experience in Sales and achieving or exceeding sales goals in a technical domain- Strong problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to challenging situations- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field, is preferred- Ready to travel maximum days in a month

Direct selling process through customer education and direct personal contact. Learn all aspects of products sold including the ability to demonstrate to clients where appropriate. Assist the sales team in maintaining their existing Client base, developing new business and new clients, managing and updating client records where appropriate. Assist with client enquiries in order to facilitate the face-to-face selling. Improving processes, forms and procedures to maximize team efficiency. Relaying campaign and pricing information to the sales team and providing quotations, samples and product literature to customers on request. Maintaining sales statistics and records of customer sales performance and incentive payments. Providing analytical reports and tender contract reports as necessary to concerned authority Any other tasks as assigned by the Management Preparing quotations Follow-up with old customers Tapping new customers Record feedback after order delivery Making quarterly sales reports Making monthly Gantt Charts Customers query handling Share Market feedback and Market Research Collaborating with different teams for progressive outcomes Identifying participation in the exhibition.

-We are looking for a qualified Technical Sales Representative with 0-2 years of experience in the technical sales of Water Treatment and Waste Water Treatment Solutions.- The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of the customer base in Western India and a strong understanding of various water treatment technologies, including STP technologies (MBBR, SBR, and MBR) and ETP technologies (Physiochemical systems, Aerobic, and Anaerobic systems).- The candidate should also possess a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
