Job Description

-oversee daily operations of the service workshop to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of all jobs.

-allocate and monitor repair and maintenance tasks among technicians based on skill and workload.

-supervise and guide service technicians, cleaners, and helpers.

-verify that all repairs, replacements, and maintenance work meet customer requirements.

-identify training needs and coordinate technical training sessions with the service manager.

-handle escalated customer concerns related to service quality or vehicle performance.

-track daily job status and ensure prompt delivery of vehicles as per the promised timeline.

-maintain all service tools, equipment, and diagnostic instruments in proper working condition.

-ensure workshop cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with safety protocols.

-maintain accurate records of service jobs, technician performance, and productivity reports.
