Job Description: Sr. Sales Executive €“ Dhanlaxmi Trends Pvt. Ltd.
About the Role: As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the customer/distributor base for our company. You will work closely with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
€¢ Customer/Distributor Acquisition: Identify, target, and acquire new customers/distributors within the Men Shirt industry.
€¢ Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
€¢ Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
€¢ Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
€¢ Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations to clients.
€¢ Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients.
€¢ Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
€¢ 2-3 Years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the apparel or fashion industry.
€¢ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
€¢ Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
€¢ Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
€¢ Knowledge of the Men shirt industry and market trends (Preferred).
€¢ Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
€¢ A passion for sales and a drive to succeed.
Additional Qualifications (Preferred):
€¢ Experience in B2B sales.
€¢ Knowledge of fashion design and trends.
