Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

The position focuses on building a strong customer base, achieving sales targets, and implementing effective marketing strategies to increase product visibility in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

€¢ Identify and onboard new retail, corporate, and hospitality clients to expand product distribution.

€¢ Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through field visits and effective lead conversions.

€¢ Execute local marketing activities such as pamphlet distribution, WhatsApp outreach, and on-ground promotions.

€¢ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and wholesalers.

€¢ Address customer queries, collect market feedback, and maintain sales tracking reports.

Key Skills Required:

€¢ Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

€¢ Familiarity with the Aurangabad market

€¢ Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred

€¢ Target-driven and self-motivated

€¢ Proficiency in Marathi; basic Hindi/English

Qualifications:

€¢ Minimum HSC/12th pass (Graduation preferred)

€¢ 0-2 years of field sales experience, preferably in FMCG or beverages
