Job Title: Sales and Marketing ExecutiveLocation: Ch. Sambhajinagar, MaharashtraJob Summary:The position focuses on building a strong customer base, achieving sales targets, and implementing effective marketing strategies to increase product visibility in the region.Key Responsibilities: Identify and onboard new retail, corporate, and hospitality clients to expand product distribution. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through field visits and effective lead conversions. Execute local marketing activities such as pamphlet distribution, WhatsApp outreach, and on-ground promotions. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and wholesalers. Address customer queries, collect market feedback, and maintain sales tracking reports.Key Skills Required: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Familiarity with the Aurangabad market Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred Target-driven and self-motivated Proficiency in Marathi; basic Hindi/EnglishQualifications: Minimum HSC/12th pass (Graduation preferred) 0-2 years of field sales experience, preferably in FMCG or beverages
