We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in the Architectural Hardware or Building Materials industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for business development, dealer and distributor network expansion, customer relationship management, order coordination, and achieving sales targets across Gujarat.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development
Identify and generate new business opportunities across Gujarat.
Develop and expand the dealer, distributor, retailer, and project customer network.
Acquire new customers while maintaining long-term business relationships.
2. Sales & Marketing
Plan and execute regular sales tours across Gujarat.
Visit dealers, distributors, architects, builders, contractors, interior designers, fabricators, and retailers.
Promote company products and achieve monthly sales targets.
Conduct product presentations and provide technical guidance to customers.
3. Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide appropriate product solutions.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely communication and support.
4. Quotation & Order Coordination
Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and negotiations.
Coordinate order confirmations, dispatches, and deliveries with internal teams.
Track order-wise delivery status and keep customers updated.
5. Payment Collection
Follow up for timely payment collection.
Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with customers for dues clearance.
6. Market Analysis
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Identify new business opportunities and share market insights with management.
