Job Description for Sales Manager
The candidate for this position will be responsible for leading sales teams to reach sales targets both
for the team and individually.
The candidate will be setting quotas, evaluating, and adjusting performance.
Responsibilities
• Set sales goals, compare performance to goals
• Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
• Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest
corrective actions as needed
• Guide and help the team members during the complex negotiations
Qualification:
• Minimum Graduate (Mandatory)
Requirements:
• Must have proven experience in sales and marketing and handling a team of at least 10 members
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of MS Office
