Sales Manager (Male)

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 10 to 15 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry. A Master’s degree or Post Graduate Diploma, such as an . or PGDM, is required.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Performance Monitoring:** Set and track individual and team performance metrics, providing regular feedback and making adjustments to improve results.

- **Collaboration with Other Departments:** Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive approach to sales.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

The Sales Manager should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to inspire and lead a team. A strong analytical mindset is crucial for assessing market conditions and performance metrics. The candidate must be adaptable and open to change, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
