Responsible for the sales targets as per AOP through high performance and to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Contribution to the market-based strategy and execution in his territory and Driving DB performance (Primary, Secondary, Market share Gain). Outlets Visit as per Norms, Focus on Range Selling and Lines per order Identify potential opportunities and new Customers and discuss with Line leaders to capitalise. Focus on Secondary Sales network and achievement of target. Develop new Dealers /customers and build relationship to retain new and existing customers. Ensure Dealer Satisfaction by effectively driving schemes and promotions. Regular Feedback to the Business Units/Product Groups on market developments and requirements. Ensure appropriate monthly and quarterly inventory/stock. Review of DB and Dealer Performance regularly. Take the lead in resolving customer's issues, report market information to the management. Timely closing the collection target of his territory.
