Opening For Sales Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Jamshedpur. This full-time position allows you to work from home while driving our sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop Sales Strategies: Create effective sales plans to meet company targets and expand our customer base.

- Manage Sales Team: Lead and support the sales team by providing training, guidance, and performance feedback to help them achieve their goals.

- Analyze Market Trends: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, adjusting strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.

- Coordinate Sales Activities: Oversee sales activities and ensure that all team members are aligned and working toward common objectives.

- Prepare Reports: Generate regular sales reports and presentations to track progress and inform stakeholders about performance metrics.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of experience in sales management, demonstrating a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Strong leadership skills are essential, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders. A deep understanding of sales principles and techniques is expected, along with proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to analyze data and drive decisions.
