we are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic sales executive to join our growing commercial team. this role is ideal for recent graduates or mbas who are passionate about international trade, shipping, and sales.
key responsibilities:
identify and generate new business opportunities in shipping and logistics.
assist in building and maintaining relationships with customers, freight forwarders, and import/export companies.
learn and promote company services such as sea freight, vessel agency, and logistics solutions.
prepare and follow up on sales quotations, inquiries, and customer feedback.
collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
maintain records of sales leads and customer interactions using crm tools.
stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and global trade developments.
qualifications:
bachelors degree in business, commerce, logistics, or related fields.
mba (marketing, international business, or logistics preferred) is an added advantage.
