experience : sales executive 6 months to 3 years/area sales manager- 3 years plus
budget : sales executive - lac annually to lac annually plus incentives.
area sales manager: lac annually to 3 lac annually plus incentives.
industry : spices/fmcg only
key responsibilities:
- responsible for building up and maintaining excellent relationship with dealer/distributor/whole-
seller/retailers and ensure business from them.
- shall be achieving sales target from the assigned areas like parwanoo, jabli, kalka, pinjore, baddi, nalagarh
and solan etc.
- shall be responsible for business development/new business of spices and building the brand.
- responsible for sales cycle like identifying the prospects/leads, follow up with them ,meeting them, understanding need/generating need, order generation, payment follow up and post sales relationship.
- shall report the market trends and feedback to management regularly.
