Designation : Sales Executive/Area Sales Manager
Location : Parwanoo, Jabli, kalka, Pinjore, Baddi, Nalagarh, Solan
Experience : Sales Executive 6 Months to 3 Years/Area Sales Manager- 3 Years Plus
Budget : Sales Executive - Lac Annually to Lac Annually Plus Incentives.
Area Sales Manager: Lac Annually to 3 Lac Annually Plus Incentives.
Industry : Spices/FMCG ONLY
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for building up and maintaining excellent relationship with dealer/distributor/whole-
seller/retailers and ensure business from them.
- Shall be achieving sales target from the assigned areas like Parwanoo, Jabli, kalka, Pinjore, Baddi, Nalagarh
and Solan ETC.
- Shall be responsible for business development/new business of SPICES and building the brand.
- Responsible for sales cycle like identifying the prospects/leads, follow up with them ,meeting them, understanding need/generating need, order generation, payment follow up and post sales relationship.
- Shall report the market trends and feedback to management regularly.
Desirable:
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Excellent geographical knowledge of parwanoo and surrounding areas
- Good communication (Hindi and English), negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- practice excellent grooming standards and business etiquette.
