We are hiring for a dynamic and passionate sales and Marketing professional-Direct Sales for an upcoming spices processing brand based out at parwanoo , Solan, Himachal Pradesh with following details :Designation : Sales Executive/Area Sales ManagerLocation : Parwanoo, Jabli, kalka, Pinjore, Baddi, Nalagarh, SolanExperience : Sales Executive 6 Months to 3 Years/Area Sales Manager- 3 Years PlusBudget : Sales Executive - 1.2 Lac Annually to 1.8 Lac Annually Plus Incentives.Area Sales Manager: 1.8 Lac Annually to 3 Lac Annually Plus Incentives.Industry : Spices/FMCG ONLYKey Responsibilities:- Responsible for building up and maintaining excellent relationship with dealer/distributor/whole- seller/retailers and ensure business from them.- Shall be achieving sales target from the assigned areas like Parwanoo, Jabli, kalka, Pinjore, Baddi, Nalagarh and Solan ETC.- Shall be responsible for business development/new business of SPICES and building the brand.- Responsible for sales cycle like identifying the prospects/leads, follow up with them ,meeting them, understanding need/generating need, order generation, payment follow up and post sales relationship.- Shall report the market trends and feedback to management regularly.Desirable:- Excellent relationship management skills- Excellent geographical knowledge of parwanoo and surrounding areas- Good communication (Hindi and English), negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- practice excellent grooming standards and business etiquette.Interested candidates may connect undersigned ASAPMr Snehal Kapur (Director Operations)
