- Actively drive sales through effective product presentations, cross-selling, and upselling techniques.

- Take part in visual merchandising to create appealing and attractive displays.
- Accurately handle billing, payments, and returns, ensuring a smooth checkout process for customers.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints with professionalism and prompt resolution.
- Actively promote current sales, discounts, or new product launches to increase store traffic and sales.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure a high level of customer service and sales performance.
