• lead generation: reach out to potential clients via outbound calls, emails, and other

communication channels to generate leads for the sales team.

• sales support: collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads, qualify

prospects, and ensure a smooth handoff to the sales team.

• client communication: initiate and maintain clear communication with leads,

understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.

• negotiation: demonstrate strong negotiating skills to encourage prospects to move

forward in the sales process.

• relationship building: build and maintain long-term relationships with potential

clients, fostering trust and loyalty.

• data entry & reporting: maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions

and leads in the crm system, providing regular reports on outreach efforts.

• achieve targets: meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through

proactive lead generation and effective communication.

• collaboration: work closely with other sales and marketing teams to align efforts

and optimize strategies for lead generation.

key skills & qualifications:

• experience: minimum 2 years plus of experience in outbound sales, lead generation,

or a similar role.

• communication skills: excellent verbal and written communication skills in english,

with the ability to engage with clients effectively and professionally.

• convincing & negotiation skills: strong ability to negotiate and persuade potential

clients, with a focus on closing sales.

• results-oriented: driven to meet or exceed sales targets and kpis consistently.

• crm knowledge: familiarity with crm software to track and manage leads and

customer interactions.

• team player: ability to collaborate with sales teams and support them in achieving

their goals.

• self-motivated: proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced

environment
