We are looking for a dedicated Sales Executive with 2 to 8 years of experience to join our team in Navi Mumbai. This role involves building strong customer relationships, understanding client needs, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Client Engagement**: Actively maintain relationships with existing clients and reach out to potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
2. **Sales Strategy**: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Identify market trends and adjust your approach to capitalize on them.
3. **Product Knowledge**: Gain a thorough understanding of our products and services to confidently present solutions to clients and address their inquiries effectively.
4. **Reporting**: Provide regular updates to management by maintaining accurate sales reports and forecasts, ensuring alignment with company goals.
5. **Negotiation and Closing**: Skillfully negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve personal and team sales targets.
Required Skills and Expectations:
- A graduate degree is mandatory.
- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients effectively.
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets is essential.
- Candidates must be proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in an office environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools is a plus.
