Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive with 2-4 years of experience in lead generation, client relationship management, and Upwork bidding. The ideal candidate should be skilled in identifying business opportunities, converting leads into clients, and maintaining long-term relationships, especially in a digital/e-commerce services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Identify and generate qualified leads through platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, and other online channels
Research potential clients and market trends to build a strong sales pipeline
Initiate outreach via proposals, emails, and messages
Upwork Bidding:
Actively bid on relevant projects on Upwork
Write customized, high-converting proposals
Handle client communication from initial contact to deal closure
Maintain a strong Upwork profile and track bidding performance
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
Handle follow-ups, negotiations, and closing deals
Sales & Conversion:
Convert leads into paying clients through effective communication
Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets
Negotiate pricing and close deals profitably
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or similar role
Proven experience in Upwork bidding and lead conversion
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience working with international clients (preferred)
Basic understanding of digital services (Amazon, e-commerce, marketing, etc.) is a plus
Ability to work independently and meet targets
