• good understanding of project sales from a business perspective
• able to build new customers, can handle site meetings during execution if required.
• selling activity, orders for mep, clean rooms in pharma.
• build and maintain long-term relationships with current clients and their management teams.
• assisting the procurement & execution planning team on various project.
• establish and develop best sales techniques and achieve monthly, quarterly and subsequently yearly sales objectives of the branch.
• handling key accounts (pharmaceutical/hvac & cleanroom end clients, pharmaceutical/cleanroom consultants, pharma/cleanroom contractors) in all regions, building relationships and maintaining good rapport with them and ensuring proper technical details are given and constantly updating them about the products.
• achieving customer coverage, creating brand awareness and generating enquiries to receive customer enquiries and by providing them technical support.
• responsible to develop new business prospects for company
• price negotiations on the customer enquiries and provide them final quotation after negotiation.
• ensuring smooth operations in terms of booking/billing/payments in their respective territory.
• budgeting – one should keep a track of their regional expense and should keep it within the given targets.
• approvals from the pharmaceutical and cleanroom consultants/clients for all the products in their respective region, with the help of technical team.
• handling the after sales support to ensure customer satisfaction in terms of installations/complaints/service issues with a benchmark of rectifying the issue within stipulated time period of complaint
