The Sales Coordinator will act as a key coordination point between customers, vendors, and internal departments. This role ensures smooth sales operations, timely order processing, effective communication, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between customers, vendors, and internal teams
Make follow-up calls, resolve customer complaints, and ensure excellent customer service
Coordinate with dispatch, installation, parts, production, and marketing teams for smooth operations
Manage vendor coordination for timely procurement and issue resolution
Support sales and production teams with order tracking, quotations, and documentation
Monitor order status from confirmation to dispatch and delivery
Maintain accurate customer and vendor records
Prepare sales reports, MIS, and performance analysis
Utilize ERP and CRM systems for order management and data tracking
Ensure timely follow-ups for payments and collections coordination (if required)
Skills & Competencies
Strong vendor management and inter-department coordination skills
Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM software
Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused approach
Candidate Profile
4 6 years of relevant experience in sales coordination
Background in architectural hardware / manufacturing industry preferred
Mechanical engineering knowledge with business understanding (MBA)
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Male candidates preferred (as per organizational requirement)
