Responsibilities:
Identify and Reach Out to Prospects:
€¢ Research potential clients and markets to identify new business opportunities.
€¢ Reach out to potential clients through online channels, emails, and phone calls, cold calling.
€¢ Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive products, and pricing strategies.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
€¢ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
€¢ Plan and prioritise sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including online and offline visits.
€¢ Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients, showcasing our software solutions and addressing their needs.
Relationship Building:
€¢ Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships or partner relationship.
€¢ Understand client needs and tailor product offerings to meet those needs effectively.
€¢ Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Sales Reporting:
€¢ Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, including sales calls, presentations, and closed deals.
€¢ Prepare regular reports on sales activities, sales targets, and pipeline status.
Collaboration:
€¢ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies for lead generation.
€¢ Work closely with the technical team to understand product capabilities and limitations, ensuring accurate representation to clients.
Job Requirement
