The role involves selling residential, commercial, office, and retail interior design and turnkey fit-out solutions while ensuring an exceptional customer experience from enquiry to project handover.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentAchieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Generate new business through referrals, digital leads, networking, builders, architects, channel partners, and corporate clients.Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share.Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.Lead ManagementRespond promptly to all enquiries.Qualify customer requirements, budget, and project timelines.Conduct client meetings and site visits.Maintain an accurate sales pipeline using CRM software.Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, corporate clients, builders, architects, and consultants.Deliver professional presentations and project proposals.Negotiate commercial terms and close projects.Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.Team LeadershipRecruit, train, mentor, and motivate the sales team.Set individual sales targets and monitor performance.Conduct weekly sales reviews and coaching sessions.Promote a high-performance sales culture.CoordinationWork closely with Interior Designers to develop concepts and quotations.Coordinate with the Operations and Project Execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.Ensure seamless communication from project confirmation through completion.ReportingPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.Monitor lead conversion rates, sales performance, and customer feedback.Present business performance and forecasts to management.
