The Retail Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the retail sales team in Chandigarh, driving sales performance, and ensuring operational excellence within the store.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

10-15 years of experience in retail management or sales, preferably in a supervisory role.

Salary - 6 to 7 Lacs pa

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in using retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.

Customer-focused with a passion for providing an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the retail store and manage the sales team.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet store targets.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment.

Train and mentor team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.

Ensure excellent customer service and address any customer complaints or issues.

Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Maintain visual merchandising standards to create an appealing shopping environment.
