Key Responsibilities

Manufacturing Focus: Understand technical requirements for roles
Hiring Process Management: Create job descriptions, screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate in-person interviews and plant tours.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with plant managers and HR to establish hiring plans and define selection criteria.
Compliance & Administration: Ensure all hiring complies with legal standards, including safety certifications and background checks.
