Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of real estate sales executives.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
Conduct site visits and property presentations for clients.
Guide clients from inquiry to closure including negotiation and documentation.
Generate new leads through networking, digital platforms, and referrals.
Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
Prepare and present sales reports to management on a regular basis.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle escalations professionally.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any stream (MBA preferred).
Minimum 2 to 10 years of proven experience in real estate sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Leadership qualities and ability to manage a sales team.
Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.
Strong understanding of real estate laws, market practices, and documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
