about the role:

- build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

- maintaining precise and current records of properties, clients, owners, and landlords.

- provide expert advice on buying, selling, and renting properties in dubai.

- conduct property viewings and showcase exclusive listings.

- negotiate and close sales and rental agreements.

- stay updated on market trends, regulations, and best practices.

- actively source leads through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.

what were looking for:

- proven experience in real estate (uae experience preferred).

- excellent sales, communication, negotiation and networking skills.

- strong work ethic and maintains a high level of professional organization.

- self-motivated, results-driven, and target-focused individuals.

- proficiency in ms office and real estate crm software.

- fluency in english (additional languages are a plus).

- rera certification or equivalent (support provided if needed).
