We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive the expansion of our holiday homes portfolio in Dubai. This role is focused on securing high-value residential properties for short-term rentals, building strong relationships with property owners and investors, and identifying growth opportunities in the market.Key Responsibilities: Property Acquisition: Identify and secure new properties for sales and leasing, negotiating agreements with property owners and investors. Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and investors to drive ongoing business opportunities. Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and execute growth initiatives. Sales & Negotiation: Deliver compelling sales pitches, close high-value deals, and ensure successful onboarding of new properties. Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and property performance to refine sales strategies. Performance & Compliance: Track key performance metrics, optimize deal structures, and ensure alignment with UAE real estate regulations.Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, or acquisitions within Dubais real estate sector. Skills: Strong negotiation, networking, and communication abilities with a strategic, results-driven mindset. Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Dubais real estate trends, regulations, and competitive landscape. Tech Proficiency: CRM software, MS Office, and real estate portals.
