We are hiring a Purchase Executive to join our team. As a Purchase Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing, procurement, and inventory management. This is a full-time position based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field

1 to 3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing

Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Knowledge of inventory management software

Ability to work independently and in a team

Attention to detail and accuracy

Organizational and time management skills

Roles and Responsibilities

Source and procurement of goods, materials, and services needed by the organization

Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their products and services

Negotiate with suppliers to ensure favourable terms and conditions

Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of goods

Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory

Monitor and analyse market trends and industry developments

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities

Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

Manage vendor relationships and resolve any issues or disputes

Participate in vendor evaluation and performance assessments
