Supervise manufacturing of submersible pumps,

motors, and control panels. 3) Coordinate with

design, quality control, maintenance, and stores

departments. 4) Manage workforce allocation,

training, and discipline on the shop floor. 5) Control

production costs and optimize resource utilization. 6) Ensure production targets are met with minimum

downtime and wastage Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

 Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring

diagrams

 Good communication and teamwork skills

 Attention to detail and quality control Basic knowledge of pump applications and water

systems Basic computer skills
