Ø partner-driven revenue generation
o own an annual partner-driven revenue quota of ₹10–15 cr.
o drive joint sales opportunities with msps, sis and oem partners (aws, azure, gcp, security oems).
o influence and close enterprise deals via channel ecosystem.
Ø partner hunting & acquisition
o identify and onboard new high potential partners across india & global.
o negotiate partner agreements, margin structures and joint business plans.
o prioritize partners with ciso/cio enterprise relationships.
Ø partner enablement & activation
o train partners on cybersecurity offerings (soc, grc, awareness saas, threat intel).
o ensure partners are certified and motivated to push our solutions.
o build playbooks, joint gtm plans and incentive programs to maximize activity.
Ø co-selling & joint account planning
o run joint pipeline reviews and forecast calls with partners.
o map target accounts with partner sales teams and execute joint account plans.
o participate in co-branded events, webinars and executive roundtables.
Ø ecosystem expansion
o build strong alliances with cloud providers, oems and system integrators.
o ensure our offerings are listed in aws/azure/google marketplaces.
o structure reseller & mssp programs with attractive incentives and enablement.
Ø reporting & discipline
o maintain partner pipeline and deal progression in crm.
o provide leadership with quarterly partner business reviews (pbrs).

qualifications and education requirements:
must-have:
• bachelor’s degree in:
o engineering (computer science/ it / electronics) or
o business administration / management or
o any equivalent degree with relevant sales/tech experience.
good-to-have:
• mba / pgdm (sales, marketing,strategy, it management)
o from tier-1/tier-2 schools
• cybersecurity knowledge certifications (not mandatory, but strong plus):
o comptia security+ / ccsp
