about the role:

we are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented marketing executive to join our team in the hotel and hospitality sector. the ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketing, client relationship management, and business development, with a strong passion for the hospitality industry.

key responsibilities:

develop and implement marketing strategies to promote hotel services and packages.

handle online and offline marketing campaigns to increase customer engagement

build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event organizers.

assist in social media promotions, digital marketing, and branding activities.

prepare reports, analyze market trends, and suggest innovative marketing ideas.

support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

qualifications & skills:

bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.

13 years of experience in marketing (preferably in hospitality/hotel sector).

strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms will be an added advantage.
