• Clearly explain:

o Scholarship & recognition benefits
• Handle student doubts confidently.
• Encourage on-the-spot registrations.
3. Parent Engagement Support
• Support counsellors during:
o Parent meetings
o Seminars
o Result discussions
• Explain Olympiad value to parents in simple, practical language.
• Address common objections:
o “My child is not serious yet”
o “Marks are already good in school”
o “Too much pressure”
• Collect parent contact details for follow-up.
4. Registration & Lead Management
• Ensure:

6. Olympiad Exam Day Responsibilities
• Assist in:
o Student verification

o Smooth exam conduct
• Act as KCP brand representative at centers.
• Coordinate with invigilators & branch staff.
7. Post-Exam & Result Follow-up
• Support result announcement campaigns.
• Help counsellors explain:
o Performance analysis

• Convert Olympiad participants into KCP admissions.
8. Reporting & Discipline
• Submit daily activity report (DAR) including:
o Schools visited
o Students contacted
o Registrations done
• Weekly review with marketing head.
