Job Description

Narayana Group is hiring energetic, smart and target-oriented candidates for the position of PRO / Public Relations Officer / Marketing Executive for its branches in and around Siliguri.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote school and academic offerings in the assigned territory.

• Generate admission enquiries and prospective-parent leads.

• Conduct field visits.

• Interact with parents, students and local communities.

• Build relationships with schools, coaching centres and relevant organisations.

• Support seminars, promotional events and admission campaigns.

• Follow up with prospective parents.

• Generate school visits and admission opportunities.

• Maintain regular follow-up and daily activity reports.

• Support branch-level marketing and admission targets.

Eligibility

• Minimum Class 12 / Higher Secondary Pass.

• Graduates may also apply.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Minimum 6 months relevant experience preferred.

• Experience in school marketing, education, coaching, field sales, direct sales or admission counselling will be preferred.

Mandatory Requirement

Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.

• Comfortable with field visits

Salary

Freshers: Up to ₹16,000 Gross/Month

Experienced: Up to ₹20,000 Gross/Month

Final compensation is subject to experience, interview performance, position and organisational approval.
