Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation & Commissioning: Travel to customer sites to supervise, assemble, install, and commission machinery/equipment according to engineering specifications and safety guidelines.Maintenance & Servicing: Perform routine preventive maintenance, calibration, diagnostic tests, and emergency repair services to minimize equipment downtime.Troubleshooting: Identify and diagnose complex electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, or PLC-related faults on-site, providing effective and long-lasting solutions.Customer Training: Train client technicians and machine operators on correct equipment operation, basic maintenance routines, and safety procedures.Technical Documentation: Complete detailed service reports, installation sign-offs, spare parts requisitions, and daily job logs after every site visit.Parts & Warranty Support: Assess worn or defective components, manage spare parts inventory for service calls, and report warranty claims accurately.Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary technical contact on-site, providing clear communication, managing customer expectations, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
