Job Title: Lead Generation Executive US Voice Process
Location: Lodha Supremus 2, Wagle Estate, Thane
Work Mode: Work from Office (7:30 pm to 4:30 am)
Shift: Fixed Night Shift (US Process)
Week Off: Saturday & Sunday
Job Summary
The Lead Generation Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients in the US market, identifying qualified prospects, and generating leads according to campaign requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to US-based prospects.
Generate and qualify sales leads based on campaign criteria.
Maintain accurate CRM and call records.
Achieve daily and weekly lead generation targets.
Follow communication scripts and compliance guidelines.
Coordinate with team leaders and sales teams to improve lead quality.
Candidate Requirements
Experience in International BPO / US Voice Process preferred.
Freshers with excellent English communication skills may apply.
Strong spoken English and phone communication skills.
Confident and professional phone presence.
Comfortable working night shifts (US process).
