Generate and qualify sales leads based on campaign criteria. Maintain accurate CRM and call records. Achieve daily and weekly lead generation targets. Follow communication scripts and compliance guidelines. Coordinate with team leaders and sales teams to improve lead quality.Candidate Requirements Experience in International BPO / US Voice Process preferred. Freshers with excellent English communication skills may apply. Strong spoken English and phone communication skills. Confident and professional phone presence.
