what you'll be doing:
• managing a team of inside sales reps. prospecting new business to meet monthly goals. expectation is that individual in this role will also play an active role in meeting personal targets
• guide prospects through initial part of the sales process from suspecting to qualifying leads.

what you should have:
• 5+ years of inside sales experience selling technology services to us based fortune 2000 businesses
• phone based sales experience
• history of achieving and consistently exceed monthly sales goals
• experience selling software, platform and/or saas solutions
• has a desire to grow personally and professionally
• banking industry experience is an advantage
