As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building relationships with clients. Your main focus will be on generating leads and closing sales, helping the company achieve its growth targets.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Lead Generation:** Identify potential customers through research and outreach, creating a reliable pipeline of prospects for the sales team.

- **Customer Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.

- **Sales Presentations:** Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to showcase products or services, effectively communicating their value to potential customers.

- **Negotiation and Closing:** Handle negotiations professionally, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and successfully closing sales deals.

- **Follow-Up:** Consistently follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and explore opportunities for additional sales.

- **Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular updates to management about sales progress and market trends.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- Candidates should have 1 to 2 years of experience in inside sales, demonstrating a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
