We are looking for ambitious and energetic individuals to join our team as Inside Sales Associates to drive customer engagement and business expansion through virtual interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and respond to inbound inquiries.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.

Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.

Maintain and update the CRM system with customer information and sales activities.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.

Follow up with prospects through calls and emails to close sales.

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversions.

Provide excellent customer service and handle objections or concerns professionally.

Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or in Science streams (Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Mechanical, etc.)

Strong communication and persuasion skills

Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Self-motivated and eager to learn

Prior experience in inside sales or business development is a plus but not mandatory
