Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels to generate sales leads.
Identify customer requirements and present the companys products and solutions effectively.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Provide basic product knowledge, including networking, routing, and switching solutions, to customers.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, follow-ups, and feedback as required.
Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients regarding product availability, pricing, and shipping.
Skills and Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in inside sales or related roles.
Basic knowledge of networking, routing, and switching concepts.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work well in a team and independently.
Open to learning new technologies and sales strategies.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
A positive attitude and the willingness to take on challenges.
