We are seeking an Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Noida. This role requires a dynamic individual with 1 to 3 years of sales experience, who will help us drive sales and build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Lead Generation:** Identify and reach out to potential customers through calls and emails. Build a strong pipeline of leads to support sales goals.
- **Customer Engagement:** Communicate consistently with existing and prospective customers, understanding their needs and presenting our services effectively.
- **Sales Presentation:** Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients. Ensure that prospects are informed about our offerings and how they can benefit from them.
- **Closing Sales:** Negotiate terms and close deals. Work to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a positive relationship with clients.
- **Sales Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Provide regular updates on performance to management.
Required Skills and Expectations:
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach are essential. A background in sales, preferably in a related industry, is required. The candidate must be comfortable working in an office environment and be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. A graduate degree is mandatory, and familiarity with CRM software is a plus. Being a team player with a positive attitude toward learning is highly valued.
