Job Description

- Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to potential customers to promote products or services. Follow up on leads generated through various channels.

- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads for the sales team. Utilize various methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media to generate leads.

- Direct Sales: Close deals by persuading potential customers to purchase products or services. Provide detailed information about the offerings and answer any questions.

- Inside Sales: Conduct sales activities over the phone or online. Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

- Cold Calling: Contact potential customers who have not expressed interest in the product or service before. Engage them in a conversation to present the benefits and address any objections.

- Negotiation Skills: Negotiate terms and pricing with customers to secure profitable deals. Understand the customer's needs and find solutions that meet both parties' requirements.

- Problem Solving: Identify challenges in the sales process and find creative solutions to overcome them. Address customer concerns effectively to drive sales.

- Pressure Handling: Work efficiently under pressure to meet sales targets and deadlines. Stay calm and focused during high-stress situations to achieve desired results.
