Bachelors degree/ Post Graduate(preferably in HR, or related field).
0 to 3 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment; experience in marine/merchant navy industry is an advantage.
Salary - 20,000 to 25,000 Per Month
Qualification - MBA HR
Working Time - 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Working Days 6
Knowledge of seafarer documentation, STCW requirements, and tanker vessel operations preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced crewing environment.
Proficiency in MS Office, emails, and recruitment platforms.
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to candidate management.

The Sourcing Executive will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified seafarers for various ranks across the fleet. This role requires excellent communication skills, understanding of marine industry requirements, and the ability to build long-term professional relationships with candidates and training institutes.

Source qualified seafarers for all ranks (Officers and Ratings) through job portals, databases, social media platforms, and internal references.
Maintain and update the seafarer database with accurate certificates, documents, sea-time details, and availability.
Screen candidate profiles to ensure they meet vessel and client-specific requirements.
Coordinate with training centers, maritime academies, and manning partners to expand the sourcing network.
Conduct preliminary interviews and verify availability, readiness, and expected wages.
Assist the crewing team in scheduling interviews, medicals, and documentation procedures.
Follow up with candidates for joining schedules, document submissions, and compliance checks.
Maintain weekly/monthly sourcing reports and track selection ratios.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with active and standby seafarers.
